DAY 1.
DELHI -DHARAMSHALA
On arrival at Delhi Railway Station/Airport, meet our representative & proceed to Dharamshala. Dharamshala is a city in the upper reaches of the Kangra Valley and is surrounded by dense coniferous forest consisting mainly of stately Deodar cedar trees, numerous streams, cool healthy air, attractive surroundings and the nearby snowline; Dharamsala has everything for a perfect holiday. Arrive & Check into the allotted Hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the Hotel

DAY 2.
DHARAMSHALA-LOCAL SIGHT SEEING
Today morning reach Dharamshla meet my driver and drive to hotel . After freshup proceed for Dharamshala Sightseeing: Cover official residence of Dalai Lama, Mcleodganj, Bhagsunag Temple, Waterfall, Dharamshala international cricket stadium & local market. Dinner and overnight stay at the Hotel.

DAY 3.
DHARAMSHALA KANGRA VALLEY DALHOUSIE
After Breakfast checkout from the hotel & Visit BajresVhwari Devi Temple, Jwala Devi Temple & Kangra Fort
and later drive to Dalhousie. Dalhousie (situated at 2039 mts in the outer slopes of the Dhauladhar range with its natural Beauty and natural surroundings). Arrive & transfer to hotel . Dinner and overnight stay at the Hotel.

DAY 4.
DALHOUSIE- KHAJJIAR- DALHOUSIE
Morning drive to Khajjiar, one of the most scenic saucer shaped Plateau and is surrounded by dense pine and deodar forests, its beauty has further been enhanced by a small lake in the center with a floating island and 9-hole golf course here are the other interesting places to cover. Return to Dalhousie Hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the Hotel.

DALHOUSIE TO DHARAMSHALA –DELHI

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:
- Minimum Cancellation is INR 500 Per head.
- 15 Days before Check-In Date 25% of the package amount.
- 10 Days before Check-In Date 50% of the package amount.
- 05 Days before Check-In Date 100% Retention.
- No refund or any changes will be not accepted at last minute of the tour.
- Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to waive/minimize the cancellation charges.
- If in case you wish to prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 7 days in advance via mail.
- We do not charge anything if the package is postpone/ prepone once. However after the first time additional charges will be levied.
- Please note that the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/offseason time. (Do intimate us 7 days prior to your journey)
- We do not accept any change in plan within 7 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will intimated to you beforehand.
- All refunds to be made within 30 working days from cancellation date
- Refunds to be made in respective accounts or Credit card only.
- No refund in cash
- Extra Person: Children between 0 to 5 years- complimentary, above 5 years is 35% of the package price per person sharing the same room with an extra bed.
- Meals in the Package can only be availed in the provided hotel.
- Meals on traveling is not included in the package and shall be paid by the customer.
- Entrance fees at any point shall be paid by customer.
- All packages are extendable on pro rata basis at the time of reservation only or subject to availability.
- Advance payment must be made with a credit card or cash deposit in bank. Remaining amount, taken during check in at hotel.
- No refund for short stay and unveiled facilities.
- Rates May Fluctuate During Festive Seasons (I.E HOLI, DIWALI, NEW YEAR, WEEKEND ETC)
- Similar Hotels Will Be Provided In Case Selected Hotel Is Un-Available.
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political *disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
