DAY 1.
DELHI – SHIMLA (370 KMS)

On arrival At 9: 00 pm reports at Delhi Volvo pick up point (on your own) to Depart for Shimla “LAND OF GODS”, Shimla is often referred to as the "Queen of Hills," a term coined by the British. Located in the north-west Himalayas at an average altitude of 2,205 meters (7,234 ft), the city of Shimla, draped in forests, experiences pleasant summers and cold, snowy winters. DAY 2.
ARRIVE IN SHIMLA - LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

On arrival in Shimla, our representative will greet you at Volvo Stand & transfer you to the hotel.(Check in before 12 noon is subject to availability). After fresh up proceed for Shimla sightseeing to cover Tara Devi Temple, Jakhu Temple & Vice regal lodge (Advance Study). In Evening Explore Scandal Point, The Mall, Ridge, Lakkar Bazaar, and Christ Church. Dinner and then have your overnight stay at the Hotel.

DAY 3.
SHIMLA – KUFRI – SHIMLA

Today Morning After Breakfast proceeds to Kufri (Including Kufri Fun Park & Indra Gandhi Holiday Home). In kufri, enjoys the majestic sights of the snow capped mountains and dense forest which are rich in flora and fauna. Evening return to Dinner and Overnight Stay at Hotel.

SHIMLA – DELHI (370 KMS)

Today after breakfast at 8:00 am check out from the hotel and drop at Shimla Volvo Stop will be provided to you for your return journey to Delhi.

PAYMENT POLICY
  • 25% Payment required at the time of reservation
  • 25% Payment required before 30 Days of travel date
  • 50% Full & Final Payment required before 7 Days of travel date
CANCELLATION POLICY:

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:

  • Minimum Cancellation is INR 500 Per head.
  • 15 Days before Check-In Date 25% of the package amount.
  • 10 Days before Check-In Date 50% of the package amount.
  • 05 Days before Check-In Date 100% Retention.
  • No refund or any changes will be not accepted at last minute of the tour.
  • Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to waive/minimize the cancellation charges.
PREPONE AND POSTPONE:
  • If in case you wish to prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 7 days in advance via mail.
  • We do not charge anything if the package is postpone/ prepone once. However after the first time additional charges will be levied.
  • Please note that the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/offseason time. (Do intimate us 7 days prior to your journey)
  • We do not accept any change in plan within 7 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will intimated to you beforehand.
REFUND POLICY:
  • All refunds to be made within 30 working days from cancellation date
  • Refunds to be made in respective accounts or Credit card only.
  • No refund in cash.
NOTE:
  • *Rates May Fluctuate During Festive Seasons & Long weekend.
  • *Similar Hotels Will Be Provided In Case Selected Hotel Is Un-Available.
  • *5% GST Extra
  • *Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
  • Extra Person cost 35% of the package price per person .sharing the same room.
  • Meals in the Package can only be availed in the provided hotel.
  • Meals on traveling is not included in the package and shall be paid by the customer.
  • Entrance fees at any point shall be paid by customer.
  • All packages are extendable on pro rata basis at the time of reservation only.
  • Advance payment must be made in bank Ac . Remaining amount, taken during the tour.
  • No refund for short stay and unveiled facilities.
